Privacy policy
Written to describe what the site actually does today, not what it might do later.
Your files
Files you open in any tool on this site are processed entirely within your browser. They are not uploaded, copied to a server, queued, cached remotely or retained. No part of the site has a file-receiving endpoint. When you close or reload the page, anything it was holding is gone.
Analytics and tracking
There are none. The site includes no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third-party scripts of any kind.
Cookies and local storage
No cookies are set. One item is written to your browser’s local storage: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and can be cleared along with the rest of your site data at any time.
Accounts
There are no accounts, so there is no email address, password or profile to store.
Server logs
The pages themselves have to be served from somewhere, and whichever host serves them will record ordinary web-server information — IP address, timestamp, which file was requested, browser user-agent. That is a property of how the web works rather than a choice this site makes, and it applies to the page files only, never to your documents. Once the site is live, the host’s name and its own data-retention terms will be named here.
Advertising
There is no advertising on the site today. If advertising is added later, this page will be updated before it appears, and the change will be described specifically — including what the ad provider is able to see.
Changes
If the site’s behaviour changes, this page changes with it. It is not a template and is not intended to cover practices the site does not have.
Development note: this site has not been published yet and contact details have not been set up. Before launch, add a privacy contact address and the hosting provider’s details to this page.
